You can cancel your Onlelink Pro subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to your Dashboard > Billing and click on "Cancel Subscription".
As Onlelink offers a free tier (Free Forever) that allows you to fully test our core features and participate in our Referral program to earn free Pro days, we do not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions once the payment has been processed.
We highly encourage our users to explore the platform thoroughly using the free tier or through referral rewards before committing to a paid plan.
If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., duplicate charges due to a technical glitch on our end), please contact our support team immediately. Valid billing errors will be investigated, and if verified, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
